Clients not paying up their dues?

Have no fear, Commando Lim is here! Well, that is, if he doesn't scare off his own clients in the first place, cos he certainly gave my colleagues a shock when he crept up behind him (commando style) and did a sudden 'Excuse me! Do you need to collect debt?' and shoved a name card in his face. I would have categorised this as a normal non-event where touts come into the office to sell stuff but this guy... he has a name card and his name card puts him a cut above the rest. Check it out.
